What is sound healing?
The healing power of sound through vibration is scientifically proven to boost mood and even promote physical healing, relaxation, creativity, focus, improved memory, deep sleep and tissue healing. Working with tools such as singing bowls, nature sounds, brainwaves, the voice and light language, sound healing uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. The vibrations emanating especially from crystal singing bowls create a vortex of vibration that not only allows dense energies to leave one’s system but it also draws in new, fresh energy leaving one energised and refreshed after the session. Coupled with nature sounds and other imaginative sound creations, sound healing is an excellent tool for the Soul to rest, relax and become nourished.
What is light language?
Light Language is basically an intuitively channeled vibrational transmission spoken by the facilitator/healer and can have a different effect on different people. Often described as the language of the Universe or the Language of the Angels, Light Language is a higher frequency multidimensional language of light that works directly with your body’s own vibration frequencies, energy body, heart centre and DNA. Not every sound healer can channel light language as not every sound healer is an intuitive channel/medium. Elina is a trained energy healer, actively working as a channeler and translator of high vibrational frequencies since 2016 thus bringing forth this work from a space of integrity and love.
