If you’ve ever felt like the space around you carries medicine, has messages, energy, a vibe, and information, something that it wishes to reach through time and space, seemingly, to offer it to you, you might be picking it up with your nervous system. You might be feeling that something is in the air, something mystical, ancient. You might actually not be so far off. As energy healer, early in my journey, when I was really just at first working one-on-one with people, helping them with their depression, their anxiety, giving them energy readings, looking into their energy field, and sometimes even finding medical issues that conventional medicine wasn’t able to find. And at some point people started inviting me to their homes, asking me to clear the energy in their homes. “Elina,” they would say, “there’s negative energy in my house. It feels depressive, it feels heavy. Things are not going well. Money comes in, then comes right out. It’s weird thing, bad things are happening. There’s lots of discord, lots of fights.” And I started going to places, clearing energy of places and spaces. At first, I really didn’t know what I would see. And to this day, I still always go to places when I’m being called to do energy work in places. I always go with, you know, let me see what we can do. I never know what I’m going to find. And therefore, I never know also if I’m the right person for this job. That goes to say that the kind of work that I have been doing since the last 10 years is not a work where ego fits very well in it, because, you know, if you’re not exactly sure what you’re looking at then therefore how you can deal with this, you know, you have to have the integrity to say, you know what, here’s your money, sorry, can’t do it, you have to find someone else. But so far, this hasn’t really ever happened. And if anything, I actually ended up having some major breakthroughs on that area. People would actually end up calling me when others were not able to figure out what was going on with their space, from feng shui and decorator experts to priests and whatnot. And what I discovered was that in most cases, especially these cases where, you know, I really mean you had situations as if from a scary movie, you had people being pushed from their couch, you had, you know, objects hovering, doors closing, and what I would always find at the other side of such experiences was that there was energy, ancient sometimes energy, that had gone unacknowledged for centuries. Now, our Earth is literally ancient. Where does energy go? It doesn’t disappear. It has to move on. It has to change dimension. It has to go on in its journey. I know that a lot of people believe that when we die, you know, that’s just it. Our brain is electricity and when the electricity, the power goes out, there’s nothing after that. But through my work, I have seen the opposite. And sometimes through the various traumatic experiences that can happen and throughout history we’ve had plenty of that on planet Earth, from wars to suicides to just, you know, an old person being on their last days but having a lot of fear around death because let’s say religion is telling them a lot of scary stuff about what comes after this life. And so, sometimes spirits can get trapped between two worlds. Sometimes energy does not move on to reconnect with the all that is and decide from then and on what it wants to do next. And it might get stuck between worlds in a kind of dimension, in between dimension, between our world, the third dimensional physical material world, and other astral worlds. And so, we still have some kind of communication, we can sense this energy, especially if it is frustrated and it’s making a lot of noise or it’s in our space. And a lot of people, they can feel, they can sense. Ooh, you know, you enter into a room and it’s like, “Wow, the energy is really heavy here.” Sometimes it’s really just stagnant energy and you just need to be opening the windows more often or move the furniture around or splash some color on the walls, but sometimes really it’s spirit trapped between two worlds. And what I found in those cases was that, you know, pulling out a cross like we see in movies and starting to shout and to scream and make this like a weird battle, I’ve seen that, um, the energies, the entities, the spirits that I’ve encountered in my journey, they just needed someone to listen to them. They needed someone to perceive them. And sometimes they just tell you their story and you get incredible insight about stories that happened in a particular place, like a house or a field or a land mass can have incredible old ancient history that people don’t know about even because it’s so old, it has been lost or forgotten and you end up reclaiming pieces of that history because now it’s being shared with you because you took the time to sit down and listen. After that, usually spirits I have seen, they will move on. If you comfort them, if you tell them, you know what? There’s only love for you on the other side. Move on. And sometimes it’s really as easy as visualizing a golden light as if you’re opening a portal for them. And you will see, the power of the mind is very strong. If you do this with intention, actually you are opening a quantum portal on the genetic field. And these beings or entities, they can move through dimensions and find their path. Once I realized that this is easier than I thought, so I started doing it more and more. And through that, people more and more started calling me to their homes and I would do this kind of work almost every other day for some years. I realized that there’s so much lost to us, the newer generations. I started writing down things that were given to me by some of these spirits that I had, you know, a tete-a-tete with. And sometimes it was really spirits that have been in between worlds for centuries. And the insight and the the perspective you gained into the time that they lived and how the world was at the time that they lived and you know, sometimes they will give you visuals if you are a clairvoyant, which I am a clairvoyant. It means to to see, to have the inner sight, to have the the second sight as we say. So, you might even see visuals of the house or the place or the area, what it was like when they were inhabiting it. And so, a lot of times I would be given little golden nuggets of wisdom, of medicine, ancient old medicine, ancestral wisdom that has been lost to the centuries. Information about genealogy of certain families. I even actually had the experience that showed me that my own family we actually have a lot of different heritage. My family, we were born in Greece. I was born in Greece. But actually I have found that we had ancestors from Armenia and even all the way far back, even England, which is so interesting because since I was a small child, the English language was just very easy to me. I just would use the English language to keep my personal diary and to this day I think in English, I dream in English and that’s been like that my whole life, even you know, when I was a kid and I was being raised in Greece and nobody around me was talking English. So where does that come from? Where does that memory come from? It comes from a connection, as I said, somewhere all the way far back I was able to figure out through my psychic and intuitive work and mediumship, was able to find that there is ancestry linking our bloodline to English bloodline. So literally through blood, through ancestry not just problems, but also so often little nuggets of wisdom, medicine and virtues and talents and skills they are being passed down. Some of us may be more open and receptive to some of them, someone else in our family might be open and receptive to others, other skills and and talents. And what I found was that really places hold memory, hold history. This is something that does not get wiped out, especially when there is, as I said, spirit trapped between two worlds. But, even when you go to a place and it looks so pristine, and at first glance you can’t really tell this mystical vibe that you feel, what is it? Where does it come from? If you go, I have found, and you inquire, and you start talking, you start projecting your consciousness, praying over the land, just laying your hands on the soil, try to tune into your heart and connect through the heart to the heart of, let’s say, a tree that you have in front of you. This is quantum entanglement. So, you are going to start deriving information from the world around you, and you will bump on so much history. Sometimes history that people right now are ignoring, but you are able to uncover it. Like locked in the land, there are archives. Different cultures have given those archives different names through the eons, but some of us, we are tuned and tapped in in such a manner that we can access and we can read those archives. And so, literally my song Roots of Old is linking into that concept. And the invitation really that I bump on every single time I go out in nature, specifically, the invitation that I perceive, literally, there’s the natural world out there calling us, calling humanity at this time, to go out and mingle, and interface with it, and open and tune into the heart, and connect with the intention to tune into these archives and lost histories, if I may say, and see what you get. And I’ve seen that it’s always at a need-to-know basis. You will be given exactly the kind of medicine that is necessary for you to deal with whatever it is you’re dealing with at a specific time in your life. You’re never going to be shown things that are irrelevant to your own path. So, go outside and sit in a quiet place and close your eyes and tune inwards, focus on the breath, and see what impressions you get from the field around you. And make notes because at first, um the things you get it could be an intuitive, like a feeling hunch, it could be a visual that you get, it could be that you hear something. But, bottom line, write that stuff down because at first they’re not going to be making sense like with your mental mind if you try to put it together. It’s not really going to be making sense. So, you want to write that stuff down and you want to take these notes home with you later and sit with an open mind and try to decode them or see how they apply maybe to your current life situation. There’s definitely guidance there. There’s offerings of wisdom and medicine. So, Roots of Old is a new song that I’ve put out and there’s a lyric video on my YouTube and my new body of work, Land of Thunder part three, is out. And the opening song, Roots of Old, is exactly about this work that I’ve been doing the last years where I will be going out and connecting and there was a time in my life where I’ve really was overcoming or trying to trying to move through a great heartbreak, the likes of which you It’s a question if many people even have to experience once in their life and it’s just these impossible things that you have to move through. And try to find the grace towards yourself and the patience and trying to see what is it that I’m emerging through on the other side? And sometimes we don’t have these answers. We don’t know what to tell ourselves when we are in such places. We don’t know how to calm that part of us within that is throwing a tantrum and it’s like, I really don’t know. This is uncharted territory. And what do you do when you feel rootless? That’s how I was feeling. I was feeling rootless and I didn’t know where I could draw strength from because I felt like when the roots that are supposed to be supporting you have always been rotten. You’ve always known you can’t draw strength from them. And you are in a part in your life where you need to start getting strength from somewhere because it’s like, you know, all of your own power has been spent in trying to always like manage the rotten root system that you’ve been dealing with. So, who are you now when you, let’s say, walk away from a rotten root system? You might be feeling rootless extra this time, right? Even though you’ve been rootless the whole time. And that’s when I bumped on an incredible spiritual energy that I found in the woods. Specifically, I bumped on an oak grove that looked like it’s a modern thing, but actually, when I started connecting with the place, I found that this oak grove has been a sacred oak grove all the way back into antiquity, all the way back into the times where the pagan people were worshipping the trees, and there was a lot of religious persecution. These people had to go to lengths to protect their beliefs, and they had to go to lengths to protect and store the wisdom and the knowledge that they kept in their their old ways. In some ways, I was shown that they embedded all of these things, their energy, their intention, they imprinted and embedded it into the soil, into the roots, into the trees, hidden to stay until someone who is open and receptive to that in the future would be able to receive that. And I really did not expect, you know, walking through an oak grove and being in my thoughts and being in my own heartbreak, and suddenly being, you know, having my attention being attracted by this energy, by this field in the space around me, the oak grove that I was walking through, and feeling that call to me, and being surrounded and eventually with energies that wanted to offer me the gift of strong roots. This is a transmission, an energetic transmission. This is not something tangible. This is like a spiritual integration that was like an energetic gift that I perceived. It really helped me move through some of the most testing times of my life on this planet. So much so that I actually to this day consider the oak tree with its strong roots, I consider it a symbol and an emblem for me. I have it even with my partner on our music production company, Root Work Productions, the our emblem is actually this big tree with the roots, and it was the spirit of the oak tree, but also other trees, but, you know, I was going through this oak grove when I bump onto this energy that really wanted to I don’t want to say claim me, but it felt a lot like the energies, the spirits around in that oak grove, they wanted to take me under their protection, under their wing. Seeing me walking around, feeling rootless, and saying, “Come here, child. You are not alone. There’s always roots you can go back to. You might just have to do some digging because they’re not the obvious ones. They are not the ones that you will find where people have told you to go and look for them.” And so, you might have to search and find them elsewhere. There’s a lot of talk about ancestral healing nowadays, and what I found was that you don’t have to be indigenous to a land to connect with ancestral medicine that wants to gift itself to you. I am not German. I live in Germany 12 years now, and I have seen that Germany as a land, the landmass, like the energy connected with the energy of the land, I’m not talking about, you know, people’s systems, mentality, this modern way of life, or even, you know, history. No, I’m talking about the actual land, the elemental um aspect of the land. It has supported me, accepted me, hugged me, so like given me this root um that I felt I was missing from, let’s say, places that I came from because I was born in those places. And that gave me the insight that you can go anywhere in the world. You don’t have to have been born on that soil, and you will find ancestral or old ancient um energies, energies that are connected to our Earth. This is Earth, Mother Earth, that will always be happy to claim you as their own, and to support you, and to give you emotional, spiritual healing, however you need this, based on what you’re dealing with. I feel strongly that how I bumped on these gifts given through the land, communing with the land. I think it was also a little bit like a exchange, like a return because of all of the work I have been doing in in Germany helping spirits pass on. As I said, with going to places of people and clearing the energy. So often, yes, there are spirits that need help passing on. And I feel like when you do something for the land, the land will give back to you tenfold. Finally, I want to share this little story here before I close this. Um years ago, I was in a forest in Austria. And what I perceived was as I was strolling, again, keep in mind, mediumship is my work, is my bread and butter every day work. So this is, you know, my ability to perceive things that are unseen. It’s just very heightened, very strong. So as I’m strolling, I perceived around me spirits. And I could not tell at first what they wanted, but I noticed that they were getting more and more and more. So at some point, I look behind me and I have something like 300 spirits walking with me. Upon making contact, what I received from them was that they all needed help cuz they were stuck there. Now, at the time especially, I found that very unusual, such a high number of earthbound spirits, as we call them, in one place. So I inquired as to what happened here. What they showed me was that this forest had ancient history. They showed me people who had been put to death during the times of the witch trials. They were mostly women and even some children. And the women, they showed me that they were storytellers. They were not witches, like they were not evil people. They were medicine women and they were storytellers. And because they were narrating these stories, they were put to death because people did not want their stories, their medicine, their knowledge to be passed down. There are some very nefarious agendas behind the reasons why all of these things happened, but I will leave it at that for now. And what I also was shown was that there were Viking warriors that had passed from that area and even all the way back to the Roman Empire. There were soldiers. So, there were lots of different types of spirits from all sorts of different times of history. And it, you know, a place in Austria that is, you know, vast, deep forest. I really mean deep dark forest, like no human nothing. And it’s been like that since centuries. It’s like considered, you know, an area that it has not been touched. So, really I was in territory where history was still living and breathing just in a dimension parallel to ours. So, I sat there and I prayed and, you know, I did what I do in such cases to help them transition. When there are so many, it can take ages. Many of these spirits, they need emotional healing in the sense that much like how you and I, when we are having difficulties or something that really scarred us for life, we need someone to listen. And we need someone who is also going to be wise enough, hopefully, to give us some insight or perspective about what happened to us so we can process it. And once we have processed it, we can let it go and we can move on. So, spirits on the other side, they’re not different than us, you know, they need the same kind of mentoring, coaching. So, I say they need someone to hold their hand while they are in this transition. There’s a lot of fear around death and we don’t understand and realize that there is no such thing as death. It’s just different dimensions that we step into once we exit this one and we move on to the next and the next and these dimensions they can all still communicate with one another. You just need to be attuned to perceiving these different dimensions. Our modern way of life is so hectic, so chaotic. We’re so focused only on the physicality and things that we can perceive with our physical eyes and our physical eyes, you know, we can see very little. Literally, 97% of the fabric of our reality, science says, it is unseen to us. 97% imagine. And you do need internal other like faculties in order to perceive things that your physical instruments, your physical eyes cannot perceive. And so, a lot of people are opening up to this actually innate within humanity ability to perceive cuz that’s the normal thing. Humanity could always perceive these things. Modern way of life is what has destroyed our ability to listen, to see, to feel and to beam our own consciousness through as well so that we can also have a communication. We can have a back and forth. So, with Roots of Old, I really attempted to put this into a song because that experience for me, that experience of feeling rootless and then having something emerge from a different dimension through nature especially cuz our, you know, earth, our lands, they have spirits of their own, benevolent ones mostly. But keep an eye out cuz some of them are also a little malevolent. They want to play you a bit. So, I wanted to speak on this experience because it really changed the trajectory of my life when it happened for me. I cannot imagine that my life would have been able to continue the way that it did if I had still been left to feel rootless. And something said, “No, you’re not rootless. We are here. And we see you and you are a human and you are going through something that’s a lot of humans it’s like it’s in the collective psyche somewhere. And we know the pain and we know the medicine for that, too. So, here it is, take it.” So, just some thoughts to ponder, to consider. And maybe that inspires you to go out and start walking in the woods, wear some flowy robes to feel more mystical and stuff. No, you don’t have to. I was actually in jeans and and rain boots when this happened for me, this communication with the spirits of the land. So, um that goes also to say that again, keep your ego out of this process. It’s not about what it looks like, it’s not about how you can even uh explain it to others. It has taken me years to find the right words to even explain these experiences and talk about them in a manner that they make sense in a linear manner and also uh combating my own um insecurity when it comes to, “Oh my gosh, you can’t say this. People will think you have lost it.” This is a crazy world. I find it funny that those of us who are connecting with the all that exists around us, then we are called crazy. It’s like is not crazy how we are disconnected from that which has always been there and we had been a part of until we got, you know, rooted out of it. There was this schism in our consciousness and we were removed from nature, from the fabric of of all that is and exists and all these these different dimensions.
