Tools

I often point back to a number of very specific spiritual and practical tools in my lectures and podcasts because these are the exact tools that I have found to work better than others, so much so that they have become standard daily practice or primary lifestyle lenses that I prioritise and recommend.

Below is a list of these tools and links to the works of the people I learned these tools from through the years.

Some of these tools may seem like a lot at first glance but once you start utilizing them daily, you end up being able to do them super quick within 5 minutes as your energy field becomes entrained so in the end you can activate for example your 12D Shield just by thinking about it, or commanding space by beaming the intention with a single statement such as ‚SACRED SPACE’ or ‚SPACE SEALED’ (or whatever feels right to you). Browse through these tools and pick those that resonate with you each time.

THE 12D SHIELD ***

The way I experience it, the 12D Shield is a technique that not only shields from psychic intrusions, it also insulates the aura and allows the light-body to come ‚‚online‘‘ in a bigger way, reconnecting broken or abandoned communication links between the temporal self and the God-Self as well as Spirit Teams from higher dimensions, it helps repair, clear and heal parts and areas in the lightbody that have suffered damage through attacks, cords, implantation, inorganic timelines, mind control broadcasts etc. Finally, it becomes an achor for 12 dimensional consciousness (Unity Consciousness) on the planet. The more of us that activate and reinforce our 12D Shields daily, the more Unity Consciousness hubs are installed on the planet, leaving less and less space for Anti-Life forces to occupy on our planet. It is recommended to focus on your 12D Shield in the morning and before sleep. I learned about this technique from the amazing Lisa Renee of Energetic Synthesis back in 2023 and it helped resolve huge issues I was experiencing with interference in the form of psychic attack, bouts of depression, unexplainable anxiety and self-doubt, feeling lost and lacking boundaries.

PRAYER, WORKING WITH ANGELS & COMMANDING REALITY WITH INVOCATION

The more you learn to occupy your own space energetically, the easier it becomes to understand that you can command reality with your word. Your word is your sword, Warrior! DEVELOPING INTUITIVE PERCEPTION + PENDULUM DOWSING

The best source of answers for our own unique path is our own internal guidance in connection with our Higher Self and our Spirit Teams. When I found myself ‚‚not knowing what to do‘‘, I ended up becoming a master tarot reader, a practice which opened up my whole ability to channel information on demand because it helped me focus my intention to retrieve information with accuracy (accuracy is important alright when you are faced with real life situations that need tangible answers). Eventually however, my mediumship and ability to receive guidance from my Spirit Team became so strong that tarot cards became obsolete to me and gave way to an intuitive perception that felt very embodied – claircognisance (clear knowing). Another tool to help tap into intuitive perception and without needing to learn a whole system such as the tarot (I just liked to study tarot at the time but I know it is not for everyone), is PENDULUM DOWSING. Using a pendulum to retrieve information intuitively in the form of yes or no answers is super effective especially after consistent practice to learn to stay impartial and learn to remove our subconscious biases over ‚‚what is the answer gonna be?‘‘. There are also muscle testing techniques but I personally never resonated with those – they just haven‘t worked for me but they do work for a lot of people! Pick a tool and ask away, test for some time and develop your own vocabulary with your Neutral Observer Consciousness within.

REGULAR STILLNESS/MEDITATION - Developing Neutral Observer Consciousness

I am often asked ‚‚Elina, how do I meditate‘‘? I started my journey with meditation in 2015 only to find out I had been meditating my whole life, without knowing it. You see, we can use the miriads of guided meditations but I feel the truest and simplest path to tuning inwards is to just sit in stillness with yourself, close your eyes and focus on the breath. Focus on the heart or gut/solar plexus (your core center). Let your body rest easy and notice your rhythm. Notice any thoughts coming up. Redirect to stillness and re-focusing on the breath until the mind is truly still and there is only the awareness of the body/breath/presence. That‘s it. See how long you can hold that space and tune into the heart or other body part each time depending on the intention for your meditation. In that void space you may begin to receive inspirations, answers to prayers or hints to things that need your attention for the purpose of healing (inner child, emotional pain, physical hiccups etc). Practice observing what arises without projecting judgement on it. Developing Neutral Observer Consciousness is a pre-requisite for engaging in intuitive work (intuitive perception, pendulum dowsing etc).

TIME IN NATURE/EARTHING/GROUNDING

Nature is the only truth that will never seek to manipulate or take from you – it only gives, heals, comforts. But you have to meet it with truth and intention, too. Back in 2019 I almost lost my life due to an incurable illness which magically disappeared after I started going out in nature for 5-6 hours every day, meditating and praying under the trees by the river, walking barefoot, sitting in silence. The biofield of the heart expands in such a manner when we are out in nature that cortisol levels drop, inflammation disappears, natural connection to the GodSelf and the All arises. Make nature your home, wherever you are. Find some time every day even after work to spend time under a tree or at a park – make it your ritual and you will see tremendous benefits. Laying our hands or bare feet on the soil and allowing excess electricity to be released and good energetic currents to fill our vessel is a must practice.

CONSENT (GIVING IT & REVOKING IT)

Our consent is one of the most powerful tools we have. During a very difficult time in my life, I met a healer from the desert who helped me understand how I had been unconsciously giving my consent to be spiritually infiltrated through of course the various blind spots cause by childhood abuse that had drilled into me unconscious currents such as ‚‚you do not have the right to exist, you are not a person, you do what you are told, your feelings do not matter‘‘. Unfortunately, such imprints have been drilled into most people with my background -and we are SO many because the systems our society is built on relies on brutalizing human beings early on to the point where they forget they are sovereign beings that HAVE consent and carry the RIGHT to give it where THEY choose or NOT, or even REVOKE it if they find to have been coerced or tricked into giving that consent based on half-truths, deception or manipulation. For those of us struggling with boundaries or having been taught directly or indirectly that it‘s not OK to take up space, this is crucial.

Some good mantras are:
‚‚I revoke any consent I may have given, to run programming that have me feeling/thinking/seeing myself as ….(you name it)…
A good one I started using (especially after I realised in 2021 that there are often whole inorganic timelines broadcast by negative forces upon people en mass during sleep and their objective is to hijack our ability for manifestation, using our consciousness to manifest negative world scale scenarios such as war) is ‚‚I do not consent to this inorganic timeline‘‘.
‚‚I do not consent to manipulation, superimposition, interference, I do not consent to my energy being drained, hijacked, manipulated, used by others in any way, I do not consent to anything latching onto me, I do not consent to psychic attack, warfare and intimidation, I do not consent to anything following me back home (when you are out and about and sense dense energy around you).

Generally, even in daily life we are made to feel as if consent is a one way street only, but notice how empowered you feel already to realise ‚‚I can actually revoke my consent, I don‘t have to stay plugged into things forever – a lot happens, I change, I outgrow things, or things may actually not entirely be what I thought they were upon joining them – I have the right to revoke my consent and remove myself and that is a boundary and it‘s OK‘‘. We don‘t have to continue with things that do not resonate with us any more.

And of course, consider each time what you consent to when joining or choosing things. Many times we have to look to the small, fine letters at the bottom of the page to get the full picture about what it is we are agreeing to. Without forcing ourselves to live in toxic hyper-vigilance but a certain awareness is always good.

BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT & SOUND HEALING

Our brains operate in a range of frequency-wave spectrums. When due to stress, health issues, environmental or other circumstances these brainwaves get thrown out of balance, our wellbeing is swiftly and severely affected. Depression, anxiety, insomnia, inflammation, digestive issues, spiritual disconnection replace wellness. During some of my most challenging days on planet Earth, I was guided to listening to brainwaves. There is a lot of literature about which brainwave frequencies work for which conditions. Specifically, ALPHA brainwaves (between 8-10 HZ) were the ones I worked with the most, to help me out of anxiety/depression and into feeling safe and grounded in my body, creative and in good balanced mood. Depending on your issue, different frequencies should work wonders for you. Generally: Creativity/Stress Reduction: Alpha Brainwaves, Focus: Beta Brainwaves, Relaxation/Subconscious Reprogramming: Theta Brainwaves, Sleep and deep tissue healing: Delta Brainwaves etc. There are multiple apps that allow you to play brainwaves of your choice mix with background sound of your choice (rain, forest sounds etc). There are also many videos on YouTube although many of those are not accurately broadcasting the frequencies they claim. Your best bet is an APP that is specialised on Brainwaves, Binaural or Isochronic Tones. By listening to BRAINWAVE FREQUENCIES, your brain hears and imitates the signal it hears thus you are entraining your brain into learning how to move within healthy frequencies again. Try using brainwaves for a minimum of 20 minutes per day – as guided by your body. There were times I was in such deep depression I would have headphones on the whole day, listening to ALPHA brainwaves while doing all my household chores, shopping at the market, cooking, commuting on the bus (do not listen if you are driving yourself or operating heavy machinery). It would take me 2 days to return to homeostasis just by listening to ALPHA. Someone else may be needing other brainwaves because maybe their depression comes from too little THETA or too much BETA. So you have to test around or even ask with a pendulum about which is the right frequency for you at this time. As you understand, this modality does not make the big-pharma scam rich so it is not even mentioned by health care providers who entirely even ignore it as they only repeat to their patients what their limited and purposefully controlled ‚‚education‘‘ has told them to say. Do your own due diligence for tools outside of conventional medicine that could be helpful to you. Sound healing with singing bowls and bells is highly effective as a long-term practice for relaxation and healing. Additionally, older research and practices that have been suppressed by the big-pharma industrial complex, have shown that every illness has a frequency and can thus be cured by introducing its remedy counter-frequency. RIFE frequencies from different types of machines such as SPOOKY2 have been shown to kill parasites and a large variety of ailments from depression to cancer. These practices were sabotaged, their creators done off with and their finding forgotten apart from within alternative circles such as naturopathic medicine people.

COMMANDING SPACE + SHADOW ELEMENTS VORTEX ***

Commanding Space is a series of invocations to clear and consecrate your space to not align with negative interference. It is wonderful even when clearing entities, psychic attack or negative thought-forms from spaces or even when you cannot sleep because your nervous system is picking up on ‚‚something otherworldly‘‘ passing by.

SEALING OF THE CHAKRAS WITH GOLDEN LIGHT

The chakras are energy vortices in the light-and physical body that look like cones protruding at the front and the back of the body and connecting in the center along the central columns that runs through the body vertically from head to tailbone (although there are chakras also beneath our feet even). A practice that helps insulate the chakras from sucking into themselves dense energies from the environment around, is to visualize golden light sealing the cones of the chakras.

SHADOW WORK, SOUL INTEGRATION & POSITIVE FOCUS

Taking the time to acknowledge challenging emotional states and follow them all the way to past is important, as this is how we are to uncover the root of our emotional wounds to ultimately heal from them. The classic shadow work question is: what do I feel? what does it remind me of? when was the first time I felt this way (usually this takes us back to childhood – BINGO! Go back mentally in meditation to that space in time and review that first painful experience, meet with your younger self who experienced the hardship, talk to them, find out what they need from you in the now (sometimes they just want someone to listen and acknowledge what happened to them), tell them you are now 30 years old and in control of your life, show them mentally your life now, show them the things you know they would love about your current life and invite them to come with you in the future, see them reconnecting with you through the heart space. This process very briefly (can take hours at a time, that‘s OK), is soul retrieval and soul reintegration. It is important that in the next days you come up together with your newly reconnected aspect with a plan to help them feel at home in their new life with you. Usually this brings forth experiences such as finally going ahead and writing the book you always wanted to write or putting on your favourite childhood song and dancing it freely when maybe this wasn‘t allowed in your childhood. We want to take our own healing into our own hands, slowly and gently but consistently and this can help us avoid even common pitfalls related to abdicating our power into the hands of medical systems that benefit from keeping us in struggle because then they can push onto us their expensive products that only camouflage the symptoms for a while by making us docile or numb and only for us to have the root causes of our symptoms explode in some other area of our body or psyche so then needing yet another product to make the body shut up when it is only seeking to guide us back home to ourselves by healing what needs to be healed and witnessed. Especially for those of us with severe trauma from childhood (physical, sexual, psychological) and those suffering from complex chronic ptsd as a result of long term inability to exit traumatic situations, it is important that we take our path with compassion towards ourselves, focusing on self-forgiveness (more than on forgiveness towards our abusers – you can heal and move on even if you never manage to forgive them – you are truly free when you have forgiven yourself for staying/not speaking up or other perceived shortcomings we tend to project onto ourselves after surviving abuse such as the internalised imprints of worthlessness that we pick up from our abusers during them causing us distress that we are unable to do something about – usually in childhood). Applying consistently integration techniques to reclaim the traumatised aspects of us. Going back to a memory, processing it using even methods such as EFT (meridian tapping), allowing ourselves to ‚‚finish off‘‘ the emotions we had to pretend we never had, using prayer and commands to collapse those timelines and seal the soul from any connections to those old timelines, then proceeding to anchor ourselves into the present moment, where our power lies, at this stage (and not earlier) attempting to reframe or see our experiences from a positive lens. We want to avoid gaslighting ourselves into ‚‚love and light‘‘ attitudes of bypassing the inconvenience of what happened to us. It is important that we don‘t rush to just explain our trauma away with blanket statements often used in ‚‚feel good‘‘ new age spirituality. This keeps us in ignorance unfortunately and we never achieve integration, which ends up keeping us from developing further and ultimately becoming victims of our own blind spots in regards to our true purpose and mission on this planet. Both shadow and light are needed in this healing process, as this is the ultimate alchemy of the Soul.
